As it's name suggests it revolves around obsessions and compulsions. A person who has OCD will constantly be plagued with intrusive, negative thoughts and images which they are powerless to control. These thoughts and images are often inappropriate and even violent and can often be directed at the people closest to them. Some people with agoraphobia will eventually find it difficult to leave their house and some even become completely housebound.
